Le colloque Aspects analytiques des problèmes issus de la géométrie riemannienne a eu lieu du 9 au 13 mai 2005, au Centre de la Mer de l'Aber Wrac'h en Bretagne, France. Situé au coeur du Pays des Abers, le centre a fourni un cadre exceptionnel pour une rencontre scientifique sur des thèmes de grande actualité dans ce domaine des mathématiques.
Ce livre est une collection d'articles fondés sur les contributions de certains conférenciers du colloque. Le choix éditorial a cherché à privilégier la cohérence thématique se limitant à un nombre restreint de contributions, certaines introductives, d'autres présentant des résultats nouveaux.
The conference Analytic aspects of problems in Riemannian geometry took place at the Centre de la Mer de l'Aber Wrac'h in Brittany France, between the 9th and the 13th May 2005. Situated in the heart of the Pays des Abers, the centre provided a superb setting for a scientific meeting on topicas at the forefront of current research in this domain of mathematics.
This book is a collection of articles based on the contributions of some of the speakers at the conference. The editors have preferred to publish a work based on a coherent theme, and so have limited the number of papers, some of which provide an introduction, others presenting new results.
