At the helm of the restaurant Hélène Darroze at the Connaught in London, awarded 3 Michelin stars in 2021, Hélène Darroze is also the owner and chef of two restaurants in Paris, Marsan with 2 Michelin stars and Jòia with a bistronomic style. Chez moi, printemps-été [At home, spring-summer] is the seventh work published at cherche midi. Hélène Darroze is also the only woman member of the jury of the program Top Chef broadcast on M6 since 2015.
