60 Years of Photography
For the past sixty years, Marc Riboud has been traveling the world, driven by his passion to see and to understand. In both Asia, which he loves, and the West, where he lives-from the center of a bustling Chinese megalopolis to a bucolic village in the French countryside-he seeks out the beauty of faces and the harmony of landscapes, capturing pictures of everyday life alongside photographie records of history as it unfolds. This monograph brings together an ensemble of stolen moments, visual delights, and révélations found in ordinary things that conveys the great photographer's affectionate perspective and zest for life.
