Biographie

Amanda James is a Sydney-based photographer who has been documenting Sydney's radical ferish and sex performance communities as a personal art project since 1994. Amanda admires the courage of girls who like to piss in public ! With her portraits of these peeing girls, she transports the radical idea of female anarchy to a wider audience. Her artistic style is un-compromisingly fresh and natural. She exhibits regularly in Australia. Recent shows have included Body Art (Australian Museum), Edges (Liverpool Regional Museum), Femail (Adelaide Feast Festival). Her photos have been published in the Sydney Morning Herald, The Bulletin, Fetish Australia, Eat (Japan). Skin Two (U.K.), and many other publicarions.

Paul Compton is a Sydney photographer, and the publisher and founder of Wet Set Magazine. He began writing Wet Set as a small newsletter in 1994, dedicated to girls who like to wet themselves. In the early days Paul ran Wet Set single-handedly, doing everything from writing to desk-top publishing to taking the photographs of girls peeing in public. His photos of feminine anarchy prove that young women are taking the self confident and courageous leap from mere fantasy into actual reality. He's currently assisted by professional photographer Amanda James.
