Food Futures presents a collection of design projects that illustrate the possibilities that new technologies open up to designers and the ways in which we perceive food from a design perspective. This book examines current experimentation and innovation in food design from both material and conceptual points of view. The projects selected for Food Futures explore our responsibilities when it comes to food, our relationship with it, the acts that surround it, and the ways in which social and environmental changes will transform how we experience food in the future.
