PROGRAMME INTERCOMPREHENSION EUROPEENNE (ICE)
Dans le contexte du monde d'aujourd'hui, où les échanges d'information sont toujours plus nombreux, mais où le " chaos diffus " règne en maître et où la parole " bruyante et vide " occupe de manière écrasante l'espace et le temps, L'INFORMATION (PLUS QUE SA CIRCULATION) EST LA VERITABLE RICHESSE. Mais pour accéder à cette richesse qui est produite de plus en plus en version originale, il est obligatoire de savoir lire, écouter, rechercher des liens et construire du sens.
L'objectif du programme ICE est d'analyser de manière empirique, de développer et d'optimiser L'APPROCHE ET LA GESTION DE L'INFORMATION ET DE LA CONNAISSANCE EN MULTIPLES LANGUES.
L'une des applications de ce programme de recherche fondamentale est l'établissement d'une METHODOLOGIE D'ENSEIGNEMENT SIMULTANE DE LA COMPREHENSION DE PLUSIEURS LANGUES EUROPEENNES APPARENTEES OU VOISINES qui permettra d'accéder à un immense réservoir d'informations et de connaissances EN NE PARLANT QUE 2 LANGUES (par exemple, français et anglais pour un francophone), MAIS EN POUVANT EN COMPRENDRE 5 OU 6 DE PLUS EN FONCTION DE SES BESOINS (par exemple, espagnol-portugais-italien et allemand-néerlandais-suédois).
Les perspectives envisagées seraient de substituer au marché lucratif des langues - qui fait la promotion exclusive de l'expression unilingue, uniculturelle et unidirectionnelle - un marché des idées et des débats en soutenant, au moins en Europe, une forme de plurilinguisme très pratique et très accessible, respectueux de l'identité européenne composée de pays avec des populations, des histoires et des cultures anciennes et variées, et assurant au plus grand nombre de citoyens européens l'autonomie linguistique dans la plupart des situations d'expression et de compréhension : COMPRENDRE PLUSIEURS LANGUES DE SES VOISINS EUROPEENS, MAIS CONSERVER AUTANT QUE POSSIBLE SA LANGUE MATERNELLE POUR S'EXPRIMER.
EUROPEAN INTERCOMPREHENSION (EIC) RESEARCH PROGRAM
In today's world, where circulation of information is increasing, but where "diffuse chaos" reigns as a master and where "noisy and empty" words occupy the scene, INFORMATION (MORE THAN ITS CIRCULATION) IS THE REAL RICHES. But to access it, when it is more and more produced in original version, it has become necessary to master reading and listening comprehension, and have the ability to construct meaning by establishing links between the various elements of information.
The goal of EIC research program is to analyse empirically, to develop and to optimise INFORMATION AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT IN SEVERAL LANGUAGES.
One of the applications of this fundamental research program is the development of a METHODOLOGY OF SIMULTANEOUS ACQUISITION OF COMPREHENSION IN SEVERAL RELATED OR ADJOINING EUROPEAN LANGUAGES which will make it possible to access a huge tank of information BY SPEAKING ONLY 2 LANGUAGES (for example, French and English for French-speaking people), WHILE BEING ABLE TO UNDERSTAND 5 OR 6 OTHERS ACCORDING TO NEEDS (for example, Spanish -Portuguese-Italian and German-Dutch- Swedish).
The perspectives would be to substitute for the profitable market of the languages - which promotes exclusively unilingual, unicultural and one-way expression-a market of ideas and debates while supporting, at least in Europe, a form of plurilingualism which would not only be very practical and accessible, but also respectful of European identity made up of various countries with ancient and varied populations, histories and cultures, and ensuring for the greatest number of Europeans linguistic AUTONOMY in most of the situations of communication (both in expression and comprehension) : UNDERSTAND THE LANGUAGES OF SEVERAL OF ONE'S NEIGHBOURS WHILE SPEAKING ONE'S MOTHER TONGUE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.
