Normandy cocktails - a guide for 138 recipes follows on from 2 earlier works : Cocktails in Normandy, published in 1987 and the Guide to Cocktails based on Calvados - 121 recipes published in 1999. This new edition, with 138 recipes of which more than two thirds are new, covers in addition to Calvados : Cider, Perry, Pommeau and Apple Juice. It includes the cocktails awarded a New Wave Calvados International Trophy. Although all the recipes comply with the rules of the International Bartender's Association, the book is not aimed solely at professional barmen or hotel industry students. Many of the cocktails can be prepared at home by anyone wishing to entertain their guests with a touch of originality.
