Using a variety of methodologies, materials, and techniques, the works of Otobong Nkanga (Kano, Nigeria, 1974) address urgent issues related to the ecological crisis and the environment, the exploitation of resources and sustainability, also delving deep into the consequences of colonialism and its repercussions on the social fabric.
