Parallèlement à La Révélation d'Arès, sans cesse rééditée depuis 1974, le frère Michel a publié Le Pèlerin d'Arès sans interruption depuis 1978. Périodique jusqu'en 1988, cette publication permit au témoin de l'événement surnaturel d'Arès de s'adresser trimestriellement aux Pèlerins d'Arès, qui n'ont pas cessé de se multiplier en France et hors de France. Sa charge de travail croissant, et le recul lui devenant nécessaire pour traiter certains sujets, le frère Michel abandonna en 1989 la formule périodique dont la pression temporelle était trop forte. Depuis lors ; Le Pèlerin d'Arès paraît sous forme de livres édités au fur et à mesure de leur achèvement : 1989, 1990, 1991-1992. Le présent volume, quatrième de la série, traite de sujets de fond essentiels pour la vie spirituelle : Pénitence, Existentialisme, Amour, Liberté, etc., la plupart-étant des réécritures et des développements de prédications données au Pèlerinage d'Arès de 1993 à 1996.

In parallel to The Revelation of Arès continually reprinted since 1974, Brother Michel has published Le Pèlerin d'Arès (which means The Arès Pilgrim or The Pilgrim to Arès) regularly from 1978. A periodical until 1988, that publication permitted the witness of the supernatural event of Arès to address every three months the Arès Pilgrims, who have steadily increased in number in France and abroad. As his task grew heavier and he was in need of further hindsight to treat certain subjects, in 1989 Brother Michel gave up the quarterly publishing, the temporal pressure of which had proved too strong. Since then Le Pèlerin d'Arès has been published as a séries of books, which each were issued as they were completed. This volume, the fourth in the series, contains features : Penitence, Existentialism, Freedom, Love, etc... all of them essential to spiritual life ; most of them are rewritings and developments of preachings which were given at the Arès Pilgrimage from 1993 to 1996.
