The Coordination Action SELCAT (Safer European Level Crossing Appraisal and Technology), in response to the call of FP6 in the area of « Sustainable Surface Transport Coordination Actions » in the objective « Increasing road, rail and waterborne safety and avoiding traffic congestion », aims to contribute actively to the reduction of level crossing accidents.
These procedings contain the work undertalen under the second SELCAT workshop called « Technology ». The workshop was held at Marrakesh (Morrocco) on 16nd-23rd November 2007.
