« The turtle and the 4 fish » is the first book in the collection of « Soodoo and Kaloo Stories ».
In a pond right in the middle of the forest, four fish become friends with a box turtle. But unfortunately, things turn sour between them when the turtle states that there is another world beside the fish world. This other world is on the ground, and is rife with exuberant nature, butterflies, birds and flowers. But the fish community is not at all convinced this funny story makes any sense.
The turtle looks for friendly help from a few young monkeys and a parrot, but will her efforts work and convince the fish ?
