Gérard Rondeau a publié de nombreux livres de photographies dont plusieurs touchant directement au monde de l'art. Il a également lement réalisé un film sur le peintre Paul Rebeyrolle.
Le présent ouvrage réunit un choix des photographies qu'il a prises entre 1991 et 2001, dans les musées nationaux français et au cours de l'installation d'expositions temporaires aux Galeries nationales du Grand Palais, à Paris.
Gérard Rondeau has published many books of photographs, several of which focus on art. He has also made a film on the painter Paul Rebeyrolle.
