Terrorism is certainly not a new phenomenon. In spite of an international mobilisation following the attacks of 11 September, 2001, recent targets of violent attacks have added urgency to the critical examination of this subject.

The Geopolitical International Crime Study Centre (University of Liège) employs a geopolitical approach in analysing criminal structures and their impact on the official, and unofficial economy at an international level.

Biographie

Quentin Michel est chargé de cours adjoint à l'Université de Liège et Professeur à l'École Internationale de droit nucléaire de Montpellier.

Quentin Michel is a lecturer at the University of Liège (Belgium) and teaches at the International School of Nuclear Power Law at Montpellier (France).
