Les recherches d'Unibail-Rodamco sur la ville de demain sont également présentées via les projets de Renzo Piano, de Manuelle Gautrand, de Philippe Chiambaretta et de l'agence MVRDV. Ainsi, vingt-sept actifs sont magnifiés grâce à de nombreux documents graphiques inédits - croquis, vues de synthèse, photographies.

This book, published to celebrate the Group's anniversary, pays tribute to its highly exacting approach and features testimonials from many of its partners : mayors of major cities such as Gérard Collomb and Xavier Trias, and great architects such as Jean Nouvel, Jacques Herzog, Jean-Paul Viguier, Ricardo Bofill and Paul Andreu.

Née à Nantes en 1973, Marie-Douce Albert est journaliste indépendante. Diplômée du Celsa, elle a intégré en 1997 la rédaction du Figaro où elle a commencé à s'intéresser à l'architecture et au patrimoine. Désormais, elle collabore avec différentes publications dont Le Moniteur et L'Architecture d'Aujourd'hui.
Catherine Sabbah est journaliste, spécialiste de l'économie urbaine et de l'immobilier pour le quotidien Les Échos et collabore à de nombreux autres supports. Après des études à l'Institut d'études politiques de Paris puis au Centre de formation des journalistes, elle s'est tournée vers ce vaste champ d'investigation dont elle explore toutes les évolutions.
Born in Nantes in 1973, Marie-Douce Albert is a freelance journalist. She graduated from Celsa and in 1997 joined the editorial team at Le figaro where she began taking a particular interest in architecture and heritage. She now writes for various publications including Le Moniteur and L'Architecture d'Aujourd'hui.
Catherine Sabbah is a journalist specialising in urban economics and real estate issues for the daily newspaper Les Échos ; she also writes for a number of other publications. After studying at the Institut d'études politiques in Paris and the Centre de formation des journalistes, she focused on exploring the many changes taking place in the urban arena.
