The five communes of Saint-Guilhem, Aniane, Saint-Jean-de-Fos, Puéchabon and Montpeyroux have been associated, within the Great Site of Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, in presenting their beautiful natural areas and their cultural heritage. The Pont du Diable and the Gellone Abbey were included by Unesco in its world-wide humanity heritage.
They are eminently famous, like the Clamouse Cave, but each village maintains its share of history, architecture, tradition and nature to be understood and discovered.
Frédérique Barbut and Richard Nourry are author and photographer of serveral works devoted to the abbeys.
