At the helm of the restaurant Hélène Darroze at the Connaught in London, awarded 3 Michelin stars in 2021, Hélène Darroze is also the owner and chef of two restaurants in Paris, Marsan with 2 Michelin stars and Jòia with a bistronomic style. At Home is her sixth work published by cherche midi. Hélène Darroze is in addition the only female jury member of the television program Top Chef broadcast by M6 since 2015.
