Biographie

Raymond Couraud is a journalist with L'Alsace newspaper, and is a specialist in defense issues. He covered the fighting in the Lebanon, Algeria and the Gulf War. He has also written, in conjunction with Jean-Paul Picapert and Peter Scholl, the only book on one of the cornerstones of European defense: "Le Corps Européen, une force pour l'Europe" Editions Hirlé.

Gérard Cardonne has written a number of books on major themes in society. His subjects include the manipulation of the German youth by the Nazis during World War II "Jeunesse Perdue", the fight for the dignity of women in "La Sultane debout" and "La Nuit Afghane", and the Algerian War, in "La Matmora" also published by Editions Hirlé.
