Annick Le Guérer PhD is a scent and perfume specialist, fellow researcher at LIMSIC (Burgundy University) and FEBEA (French perfume and cosmetic federation) expert. She has inter alia published : Sur les routes de l'encens (Garde-Temps, 2001), Le Parfum des origines à nos jours (Odile Jacob, 2005), Histoire en Parfums (a collective work, Garde-Temps, 2006), Stakes and professions in perfumery (a collective work, Assalit, 2007) and Quand le parfum portait remède (Garde-Temps, 2009).
